Derek is a veteran of real estate, with a degreed background in Accounting, he comes from a seasoned experience of bank owned real estate as a former REO Asset Manager where he worked at one of the largest servicers before branching out on his own as a real estate agent to help in liquidating assets for clients as best possible. He provides a thorough and seamless process to manage clients properties and boasts a respectable list of clients that he has sold assets for.
I will service your assets, near and far, and we will give you the same service on low dollar assets as I would on high dollar assets.
I have a strong vendor network for property preservation and renovations. I also have in house staff and virtual staff to handle hundreds of assets at any given time- we pride on providing walkthrough videos for breaking down asset condition, professional marketing package on every asset (touched up photos, virtual staging, 3D walkthrough), offer recommendations/ buyer engagement, contract milestones updates, and solutions in general.
In his free time, Derek has a loving wife and they are proud parents to two young children, Lilah and Jameson, that they spend their time making memories with and helping teach sports to while also serving his community by volunteering and coaching Soccer at St. John Paull II.
